- Over the years, I found myself juggling the roles of mother, daughter, wife, friend, relative, teacher, speech coach, counselor, and life coach. Too tired at the end of an exhausting day to do anything but fall into bed and wait for the whole cycle to start over again in the morning, my life became filled with endless routines and responsibilities. It scared me to think that I was living my life as if it were a dress rehearsal for the real thing, and I finally said, "No more!" Always interested in personal growth, I began a journey of self-reflection and self-development aimed at transforming my life. My commitment is to help others do so as well. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is certified in Elementary/Special Education. I have had the privilege of teaching various grade levels for thirteen years and have sixteen years experience working as a high school guidance counselor. Additionally, I have my own private counseling practice and am a Certified Dream Coach®. I am the proud mother of three wonderful children who are presently in their twenties.
